Marketa IS a Czechoslovakian born beauty who married Mika Hakkinen, the flying Finn. Mika is the famous Finnish retired F1 racing car driver who became double world champion in Formula One. Marketa is the mother of 3 beautiful children and she shares her unique journey with Women on Top

Marketa struggled with infertility and eventually became a fertility coach whose mission is to help other couples struggling with infertility.

Marketa Häkkinen graduated with a degree in fashion design but chose to be a professional ballet dancer. She was known as the epitome of
grace and beauty on the stage.Marketa became a certified nutritionist, mindfulness coach, yoga
teacher (with a focus on hormone management) and an integrative fertility coach after her own personal experience becoming a mother of 3

What is it like to be married to Mika Hakkinen?

Behind Mika Hakkinen‘s brand name, he is normal and totally human. I see him as my husband, The love of my life, my best friend and a guru. He has taught me a lot of things in life and most of all he is a great father to my beautiful children. Our life is pretty normal and we are lead a family centric life.

Tell us something about love fertility coaching?

It was created about a year ago based on a decade of personal experience having gone through infertility myself. Now I finally manage to change lives and help others with the same infertility issue.

Why should women take help from a fertility coach?

After having gone through it myself and trying almost everything, I can honestly say that I wish I knew about fertility coaching before going through IVF. It can be really helpful to those women who feel overwhelmed, because fertility can be really hard work.

I wish for every woman on this Planet to have the luxury to work alongside a gynecologist and fertility coach in tandem, when they are trying to get pregnant. It would save them from infertility frustration and depression.

To have my expertise can provide extra physical, mental, and emotional support as Women or Couples navigate infertility – Like Body and mind balance, the hormonal levels, balanced nutrition and mindfulness.

Can you tell us a little more about your approach?

My approach is completely holistic. I aim to properly balance the spiritual, emotional, physical and mental aspects of one’s life to aid in natural fertility treatments. Some of the methods that I use for women or couples are, yoga, dietary adjustments, stress management by meditation, powerful herbs and feng shui.

How do you define love?

 

Everything I do, I do for love. This is my motto in life is. Love is my motivation. It is what I value the most in life. Love fills me with joy. When I can love and support the people that I’m helping through fertility to enable conception.

How do You normally spend Your Valentine’s Day with Mika ?

Valentine’s day is so important to me, it’s the day of love. The day to leave all disagreements behind. To concentrate on only one thing on this day which is to enjoy feeling love. I love to prepare a romantic dinner for Mika and the kids. Our kids are part of the whole Valentine’s day celebration. I like to decorate our home with red and white candles and beautiful flowers to remind us that we are surrounded by love and are here to give love to those who need it.

VISION BOARD FOR 2021

I would like to reduce infertility issues to ensure that people have healthy babies. I am also thrilled to share that I am preparing to launch a fertility course which incorporates feng shui, to improve health and boost reproductive organs to be ready for conception naturally or by undergoing IVF. My goal is to create the right setting in the couple’s bedroom using the principles of feng shui by using materials and colors that are vitally important for health. This plays a big part in fertility and conception.

What is your mantra?

My childhood was not easy and I learnt to be strong and never rely on others. A core part of who I am is about helping those in need and changing lives of others.
