Going from breakdown to breakthrough and inspiring women all around the world to claim their power, climb their mountains and live life with some pepper in it!

Tell us your life story

I was born in Israel, by the age of 20, I had already been through 4 wars, and a 2 years of military service. I learned to defend myself from a very young age, and started training with martial arts in my teens. Shortly after my military service, I fell in love, and as my family refused to accept my choice, I was thrown to the street, forced to survive with almost nothing but my determination to live.

For 7 years, life was a storm. I went through poverty, hunger, loneliness, abusive and violent relationships… but, determined to “make something out of myself” no matter what, I studied Psychology and Criminology, continued for a diploma of physical education, and started working with people with this knowledge.

Shortly after, another war started in Israel, this time my experience was near death. I was tired of living in constant conflict, just after turning 26 I moved to Italy. Italy was the complete opposite of Israel, and after I learned the language and settled in, I opened My Krav Maga School. I quickly became known for my creativity, imagination and skills in empowering people. I appeared in magazines, on TV and flew all around Italy to teach seminars.  At the same time, I met my first life coach. I started learning more and more about the power of the mind, about self-love and self-development. My teaching evolved and started including more mental training, combining what worked for me and developing my methods to ones the world of self-defense hadn’t seen before. I inserted mental training in my fitness classes as well, creating transformation in my trainees’ lives.  My life lessons served hundreds of people to find their power, connect to it and use it to live unstoppable life.

From Italy, I kept on teaching around the world. When my little girls were born, and I became a single mother, I moved my training business to an online one and continued teaching my methods there. I left the self-defense world and focused on helping people empower themselves physically and mentally thru my different methods.

When lockdown started, I started writing books. I wanted to inspire people who needed an extra push and motivation at that time. Within the first year since the lockdown started, I published 6 books, all of which became best sellers, my first book – “UNDEFEATABLE” was my personal autobiography. All books (“ONE”, “STAY HOME”, “LADY X” , “WARRIOR WOMAN self defense guide”, & “GROWTH HACKS 2” won international awards, helped and inspired hundreds of people around the world.

Once the girls could go to kindergarten again, I refocused my energy on teaching and relaunched my online platform to empower people all around the world to connect and step into their own power, and live life on their terms; in its fullest, in its juiciest, spiciest way, or like I call it “live life with some Pepper inside” 🙂

I feel today this is what people need, especially women- to claim back their power. To remember how powerful they are. To use that fierceness and live their lives unapologetically.  Reach every goal, and create an unstoppable version of themselves.

What inspired you to become a coach

The impact of coaching on my own life inspired me to do the same for others. Life coaching has transformed my life completely and literally saved me from PTSD and a “lifeless life”. After that,  when I started teaching what I have learned, I realized how the combination of what I was teaching was truly transformative and powerful.

What are your future plans and your vision?

I will continue to teach my method around the world and spread the “spicefullness” wherever I can. My vision? More books, many more transformed lives, people all around the world living joyful, full lives, stepping into their space of genius, becoming the strongest, happiest, most satisfied version of themselves. I see my daughters growing into independent, powerful women,  taking the best care of themselves and being proud of themselves and their mommy who raised them well and set an example they could follow 🙂

I have a romantic vision of the world, and if it can’t be the whole world, let it be my world, the world I can influence and contribute to, the world of people who want to make their lives unbelievably great 🙂

It takes a strong woman to promote other women & you did that that through your book initiatives, what motivated you to take that path.

It does, and I believe all women are strong, much stronger than they believe and realize. When we are pushed to take hard decisions, we are forced to re-invent ourselves, re-create ourselves, we discover our inner warriors.

My books serve as a reminder of the power we all have inside of us. “UNDEFEATABLE” is a reminder of the strength we have inside of us. “One”, a book co-authored with 21 other authors, is a guide on how to find balance between mind, body and soul and the power of that balance. Lady X,  written by six women, is a story on the power of self-love.

We are the power of creation, our voice matters and now, more than ever, it has to be heard. Every woman (no matter her background) deserves to live her life at its fullest. We do so much; give so much, but now is the time to give ourselves the space and the permission to become the powerful beings we can become. We all have a story inside us, some of life’s chapters are written by others for us but we can influence our story, we can change its path, and we can create “the story of our lives”.

How do you define Happiness?

Happiness for me is the warm feeling of a hug, or butterflies in your heart, the feeling of the sun on your face in the first spring days, the kisses of your children, the love of your loved ones, the smile you feel in your heart when you are living your purpose even for just a moment.

Happiness for me are moments when your soul is hugging you, telling you that you are loved, you are love.

Happiness is what we all deserve, and happiness deserves us, as we are.
